Relative Harmony is based in Sioux Falls,S.D. and have been singing Southern Gospel music in the midwest for about the last seven years. The group is made up of husband and wife, Jake and Phyllis Van Den Hul amd Phyllis’ cousin Carol Patch. Jake and Phyllis have been singing both together and in various groups since their marriage in 1966. Jake has been selling large, over the road trucks at Peterbilt of Sioux Falls since 1992 and Phyllis worked at Mill End Textiles until her recurance of cancer no longer allowed her to work. She does enjoy sewing and quilting if her health allows. They both enjoy riding their trike in the summertime. Carol is married to truck driver Ray Patch. Carol recently joined Kelly Services in Sioux Falls. This is Carols first experience singing in a small group but you would never know it. Carol and Ray have also been bitten by the “Biker Bug” and ride their big Kawasaki motorcycle whenever they get the chance. Our sound is being mixed by Jake and Phyllis’ daughter Sharri Wheeler. Sharri works for Poppi’s popcorn in Sioux Falls and does some part time work at Hy Vee. Sharri’s son Bryce recently moved in with us so we now have a “roadie” to help with the sound equipment, etc. Bryce is a junior at Canton High School and works there after school as a janitor. Relative Harmony members are committed Christians and would love to come to your church, nursing/retirement facility, back yard barbeque or family function to sing for you.
